9.1. Fish Mid Autumn Happy Rainbow 1194

🪵 This carved wood fish sculpture is textured with a fine scale pattern from head to tail and finished in a mottled, multicolor paint that blends pink, teal, gold, and black in an abstract, hand-painted style. It brings a bold, artful piece to a shelf display.
ABOUT THIS PIECE
The fish is carved from solid wood with a detailed scale texture covering its entire body, finished in a layered multicolor paint application that gives it a mottled, painterly look. A large circular eye is detailed with radiating spoke-like linework, and the piece is mounted upright on a small stand for easy display.
WHERE TO DISPLAY IT
It suits a bookshelf, console table, or mantel where its bold color palette can stand out as a statement piece. It also works well grouped with other carved fish figures for a playful, colorful shelf display. Please see the photos for scale.
CARE AND HANDLING
Dust with a soft, dry cloth to keep the carved texture clean. Keep it out of direct, prolonged sunlight to help the painted colors stay vivid, and avoid moisture or damp conditions since the wood and paint are not sealed for outdoor use.
