  • In-Store Purchases: Customers can buy directly from our store and take their items home immediately.

  • Online Orders: Orders placed online will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via our trusted delivery partners. If you require special shipping arrangements, please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate your needs!

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and gift cards.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for minor variations in color, texture, or shape, as these are part of the item’s uniqueness.

  • Due to the versatility of our products, ceramic items and vases are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure your selection is just right before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re here to assist you!

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
