🌿 1️⃣ PLANTS
Every plant at Orange’s Home is grown and packed with love — but since they are living things, a little variation in size, color, or shape is natural.
We do our best to ensure your new green friend arrives healthy and happy, yet we kindly ask for your help once it reaches you:
🍃 Please inspect your plant immediately upon arrival.
🍃 If there’s any issue with its condition (damage, rot, or stress), contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
🍃 Send a few clear photos and a short description — we’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if the issue resulted from shipping or handling.
🍃 After 48 hours, we may not be able to offer compensation, as the plant’s health depends on its care and environment once it’s in your home.

🚚 Plant Shipping Policy
Because we deeply care about plant safety, we take several steps to ensure each plant arrives in its best condition:
🌱 Shipping schedule
We avoid shipping plants close to weekends or holidays to prevent extended transit times.
Orders are usually shipped Monday through Wednesday so they don’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
🌿 Preparation time
Before shipping, we may hold your order briefly to allow the plant to adjust for travel — for example, waiting until new leaves have hardened, or letting the soil dry slightly to help prevent root rot during transit.
💚 Weather considerations
During extreme temperatures (hot or cold), we may delay shipment to protect your plant’s health. We’ll always notify you if this occurs.
📦 Standard package & combined orders
Our standard shipping box is 30 × 30 × 15 cm. You can combine multiple plants in one order (up to about 3 kg total weight) into this box to save on shipping costs. For larger plants or orders that exceed this size, we will look for a custom option and let you know what is possible.
🚫 If you see a “cannot ship to your region” message
Sometimes our system may say we cannot ship to your address. This can happen if:

The plant is too large for our standard box, or

Your postal code was not included when we set up our shipping zones.
Please don’t worry — just leave us a message. We are always happy to review your order manually and find the most suitable shipping solution for your location.
❄️ Winter shipping & heat packs
In winter, shipping costs are higher than usual because we use extra insulation and include a heat pack that keeps your plants warm for up to 60 hours, reducing the risk of cold damage during transit. We also monitor the weather closely and choose the safest possible shipping window before sending your order.
We appreciate your patience — it helps us send your new plant safely and happily to its new home.
🏺 2️⃣ OTHER PRODUCTS (Decor, Accessories, Engraving, etc.)
For our handcrafted items — including wooden decor, ceramics, accessories, and personalized gifts — we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
✨ You may return or exchange any eligible item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
✨ Custom or engraved products are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.
✨ For returns, please contact us before sending any item back — we’ll guide you through the process.
✨ Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
