9.1. Fish Hanging Small 1205

🪵 This small carved wood fish is finished in a shimmering multicolor paint, with a detailed scale and fin texture and an open mouth. Its flattened silhouette makes it well suited to hang on a wall or lean on a shelf.
ABOUT THIS PIECE
The fish is carved from solid wood into an elongated, flattened silhouette with a fine scale and fin texture covering the body, finished in an iridescent multicolor paint blending teal, gold, and red tones. The tail is carved into a forked shape, and the mouth is left open for extra character.
WHERE TO DISPLAY IT
It suits a bookshelf, windowsill, or wall display where its bright color can stand out against neutral decor. It also works well grouped with other carved fish figures for a playful, coastal-themed shelf display. Please see the photos for scale.
CARE AND HANDLING
Dust with a soft, dry cloth to keep the carved texture clean. Keep it out of direct, prolonged sunlight to help the painted colors stay vivid, and avoid moisture or damp conditions since the wood and paint are not sealed for outdoor use.
